Job Description: Digital Advertising Coordinator
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Advertising Coordinator to join our Communication and Media team. This position will play a pivotal role in developing, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital advertising strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including but not limited to social media, display advertising, search engine marketing, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, and creative assets.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target markets, customer segments, and keywords to optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders, and make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in digital advertising, making recommendations for innovative strategies to drive engagement and conversions.
- Manage advertising budgets, ensuring effective allocation and monitoring of spend to maximize return on investment.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that align with campaign goals.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely execution and delivery of advertising campaigns.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry regulations, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (X years) in digital advertising, preferably in a coordinator or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic advertising.
- Proficient in using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to measure and optimize campaign performance.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving trends and technologies in the digital advertising landscape.
